How does Micro-needling Work?
Micro-needling uses a group of small sterile needles that break down old tissue in the skin to rebuild and stimulate new healthy tissue. The group of small needles is attached to pen-shaped device that creates controlled micro injuries to the skin.
The skin responds with its own repair process which results in a thicker epidermis with a softer appearance of wrinkles, improved skin tone, pore size and acne scars.

What Should I Expect?
With all micro-needling treatments, topical numbing is used right before starting the service. This allows for a more comfortable treatment. Typically a treatment takes upwards of an hour, this includes the time for numbing. Immediately after the treatment, patients look as though they have a mild to moderate sunburn. The skin will feel warm and tighter then usual, this feeling subsides within a few hours after the treatment.
